To qualify for a personal loan with Easy Payday (Easyterms Ltd.), applicants must meet the following four requirements:

Residency: Must be a Bahamian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unlimited right to work.

Employment: Minimum of 1–3 years of continuous, full-time permanent employment (varies by sector).

Documentation: Requires a valid NIB Smartcard, job letter, and recent pay slip.
Government Permanent Employees

Confirmed permanent and pensionable

Employed with department for at least 1 year
Government Contract Employees

Employed with department for at least 3 years
Private Sector Employees

Employed with same company for at least 3 years

Employer must employ at least 5 people

Employer must have maintained business license for at least 5 years
