At Easyterms Ltd., we make lending simple and secure - for everyone involved. We’re a Bahamian-owned company that specializes in fast, short-term cash loans for qualified individuals under the Easy Payday brand. Our process is straightforward: customers apply online, get a quick decision, and repayments happen through salary deduction, so payments come straight from employers. This keeps our collections smooth and reliable.
Most first-time loans are under $10,000, with terms of 4 to 5 years. Many customers renew before their original loan is paid off, which helps keep our portfolio active and well-managed. We serve a wide cross-section of The Bahamas, with borrowers from various government departments and private sector businesses. This gives us strong diversification and reduces risk.
We’re part of Easy Holdings Ltd., managed by a board of seven directors with backgrounds in accounting, banking, insurance, and investments. Our loan book is funded by a mix of debt (mainly Preference Shares) and equity, with a maximum leverage ratio of 4:1.
